This requirement will be supporting a USAID prime contract for DRC MECC. IBTCI, at its sole discretion, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price subcontract under the above-mentioned Prime contract based on the Statement of Work.

IBTCI requires all proposals to be submitted in writing using the attached Budget Template/Excel Spread Sheet (see Attachment # 2), with a signed cover letter and a statement that the terms and conditions (see Attachment # 6) and IBTCI general terms and conditions (see attachment # 8) are accepted.
Failure to submit your proposal by the designated date and time will result in disqualification.
The subject line of the email must be: Proposal for RFP-19-IBTCI-010 Data Collection Services PPL Eval/DRC MECC.
