1. INTRODUCTION:
1.1. The purpose of this Call for Expression of Interest is to select suppliers which will participate in a tender for the Tailings Storage Facility for Kamoa Copper SA.
1.2. Interested suppliers should express their interest by completing and submitting:
1.2.1. An Expression of Interest, a template which is attached hereto as Annex 1.
1.2.2. Supplier’s identification, a template which is attached hereto as Annex 2.
1.2.3. List of clients to which the Bidder has successfully delivered similar services and a short description of the service provided, including references and contact details of these clients.
1.2.4. Certification that the Tenderer is in good standing with the appropriate government and quasi government institutions such as the Revenue Service and the Department of Labour of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

2. OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE
2.1. Scope included
The scope of work shall include the following:
- Operation of tailings deposition and de-watering pumping for a period of 2 years as per attached operating manual;
- Maintaining best practice for the dam operation according to international standards and preparing all operating procedures;
- and installation of tails deposition piping from a battery limit at the base of the dam wall;
- Maintenance of de-watering pumps and seepage pumps;
- Monitoring all aspects of the dam operation and dam safety including factors such as tailing consolidation, dam water levels, wall stability, seepage, storm water diversion and rainfall;
- PPE for TSF operations team;
All materials supplied shall be warranted and of good quality.
2.2. Scope excluded
The scope of work shall exclude the following:
- Construction of the dam wall, lining, drains and access roads;
- Supply of pumping equipment and piping for de-watering and seepage pumping;
- Spare parts for maintenance of all pumps;
- Mobile equipment for maintenance of drains and for moving the de-watering pumps;
- Lighting on dam wall and at pump station;
- Accommodation and meals for all personnel staying on site;
- Site offices, with power, ablutions, and internet;
- Radio communications between TSF operators and concentrator control room;
- Security;
