Mission du Projet
The IDIQ GHSC-TA addresses the technical assistance needs of USAID health products, other US government agencies, partner country governments, non-governmental organizations and other entities, Tuberculosis, maternal and child health, etc.) and represents a mechanism by which USAID provides global technical assistance for health products in the following areas:
The IDIQ GHSC-TA Francophone TO will provide technical assistance to strengthen regional, national and sub-national health supply systems in the DRC, Senegal, Benin and Haiti and support the USAID / Africa Regional Mission to West to Accra, Ghana. In addition, the TO will develop a plan to improve preparedness to provide the necessary products to manage outbreaks of potentially pandemic diseases in selected GHSC countries.
In the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the USAID-funded GHSC-TA FTO project's main mission is to address the government's technical assistance needs for strengthening the public sector supply chain systems. at the national and provincial levels to improve the availability of inputs for all priority health programs such as malaria, HIV / AIDS, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, reproductive health and family planning.
The GHSC-TA project runs from May 2017 and will end in May 2022. This requires the project to document the project's contribution throughout its life.
As part of the implementation of this project in the DRC, GHSC-TA / Chemonics is looking for a Communication Manager to develop and disseminate communication materials for this project. He or she will have to contribute effectively to the activities of reporting, media, branding, publication, ... and this, in accordance with the rules of the funder USAID as well as Chemonics.
It should be taken into account that the result of its various interventions, under the Communication Manager's area of responsibility, will be used to achieve or will be intended for wide dissemination that will affect the level of knowledge of the project (at the level of any public DRC / Global), will serve to show the level of realization of the project activities after the support under GHSC-TA, the safeguarding of the memory of the project, the change of behavior through the testimonies of the beneficiaries on the profit obtained or acquired with the financing of the American population, through USAID / GHSC-TA, ...
II.4. Calendrier livrable
Calendrier: le sous-traitant doit soumettre son propre calendrier conformément au projet proposé. Le sous-traitant doit faire tous les efforts possibles ou terminer les travaux dans les délais impartis. Il convient de noter que le projet est une priorité absolue et que tout doit être mis en œuvre pour respecter au minimum les périodes indiquées.
L'offrant retenu présentera les produits livrables décrits ci-dessus conformément aux calendriers alternatifs proposés, selon le cas :
Qualification :
Ingénieur civil / structurel pleinement expérimenté dans les aspects de génie civil / structurel de la conception des bâtiments et la supervision de la construction, y compris le drainage du site, la conception des routes et des chaussées, les essais géotechniques et la conception des fondations, les permis et les codes de construction locaux dans les pays en développement unités de stockage pour produits pharmaceutiques. Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle, 5 références pertinentes similaires et connaissance des problèmes des pays en développement
Durée du contrat
Le contrat de ce consultant couvrira une période totale de 6 mois et ne dépassera pas 100 jours ouvrables.
