Change the position of the S point on the Fe-C phase diagram to reduce the pearlite carbon content. Change the distribution and morphology of carbides to form granular bainite. With other alloying elements (such as chromium, nickel, etc.), it is easy to form acicular bainite and improve the strength of the product. In the later heat treatment process, molybdenum alloy elements can improve hardenability, wear resistance, etc., molybdenum alloy is an excellent powder metallurgy additive.
