EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. INTRODUCTION:
1.1 The purpose of this Call for Expression of Interest is to select suppliers which will participate in a tender for the development of a Documents Management software for Kamoa Copper SA.
1.2 Interested suppliers should express their interest by completing and submitting:
1.2.1 An Expression of Interest, a template which is attached hereto as Annex 1.
1.2.2 Supplier’s identification, a template which is attached hereto as Annex 2.
1.2.3 List of clients to which the Bidder has successfully delivered similar services and a short description of the service provided, including references and contact details of these clients.
1.2.4 Certification that the Tenderer is in good standing with the appropriate government and quasi government institutions such as the Revenue Service and the Department of Labour of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
