Rwanda Development Board (RDB) with support from TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultancy firms/consortiums to provide Consultancy Services For The Design And Implementation Of Rwanda Export Development Programme.The programme is aimed at establishing a mixture of interventions that address capacity gaps that limit the competitiveness of Rwandan businesses to access regional and other export markets
